Appointment PolicyTo allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time, but emergency cases may occasionally create appointment delays. You can facilitate the appointment process by arriving for your appointment promptly. Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have to wait on a 'stand-by' basis or be rescheduled for another time.
Patient Arrival PolicyThough we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little nervous or excited around new people, new surroundings, and other pets. For the safety of your pet and others, we require all pets to be properly restrained. Please have your pets leashed or in pet carriers before entering the waiting room.
Prescription PolicyCalifornia and Federal law require a valid Client-Patient-Veterinarian Relationship in order to prescribe or dispense prescription medications. For your convenience, we have an on-site pharmacy comprised of the medications we commonly prescribe. Should you prefer, we will gladly provide a written prescription, which you can take or mail to an outside pharmacy. To avoid errors, we will not fill prescriptions to internet pharmacies by phone or fax; you must mail the original prescription directly to them. Payment PolicyWe require full payment at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, debit cards, cash, and personal checks.
